A native of Colorado, David Caricato's studio is teeming with materials that make up his creatures....gourds, wood, feathers, raffia, twigs, pebbles.  To say that his imagination is wild and free is "putting it mildly".  The viewer is always moved at the depth and artistry of his works....yet amused that the artist's sense of humor "dances" about each piece.
